Developed the Agri Park Master Business Plans (APMBPs) for the Eden and Central Karoo Districts in the Western Cape as part of a national initiative to implement over 40 Agri Parks in South Africa. The purpose of the APMBPs is to provide a 10 year Agri-Park Master Plan Framework regarding priority agri-park agriculture commodities and agri-processing initiatives where District competitive advantages exist, required facilities and services, institutional options, and way forward proposals so that emerging farmers can strengthen their participation in South African agriculture value chains. The APMBPs will inform municipal Integrated Development Plans as well as provinccial and national budgets as part of the implementation process.
