Provision of expert evaluation support to the Gauteng Office of the Premier including: Draft Provincial Evaluation Plan 2014/15 – 2017/18. Drafted Terms of Reference for five 2015/16 Evaluation Studies incuding: 1. Implementation, Value For Money, And Impact Evaluation Of The Gauteng SMME Policy Framework And Strategy; 2. Formative Evaluation of The Gauteng Tshepo 500,000 Programme; 3. Evaluation of The Gauteng Broadband Network Initiative: Base-Line nd M&E Framework; 4. Evaluation of The Gauteng Integrated Anti-Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Strategy; and 5. Implementation and Outcome Evaluation of The Prioritised Townships Programme In Gauteng. Developed evaluation report quality assessment framework and quality reviewed three 2014/15 Draft Evaluation Reports: 1. Frontline Service Delivery Monitoring (FSDM) Programme in Gauteng; 2. The Gauteng Young Women Development Programme, 3. Gauteng Township Economic Revitalisation Strategy.
