Development of an Investment Facilitation Guideline for Investors on how to approach a development or undertake an investment in the region including formulating policy recommendation to address investment incentives, bulk infrastructure development contributions, and improvement to municipal by-laws impacting on investment. In addition recommendations for rationalising and streamlining the legislative environment and improving efficiency of the investment facilitation processes in the municipality will be submitted for Council’s consideration.
