Assisted the DHA to review good practices in national departmental M&E systems and to refine their M&E Policy Framework and Performance Monitoring and Reporting Guidelines to align with national M&E System Guidelines, including recommendations to strengthen the departmental M&E System. Recommendations were made regarding evaluating the impacts and effectiveness of a range of DHA Policies in order to inform improvements.
