Developed Municipal Red Tape Training Manual and materials. Facilitated practical and participatory / experiential workshop to train municipal officials on developing and applying practical tools and processes to identify municipal red tape issues in partnership with communities and the private sector as well as to develop action plans to address the root causes of these red tape issues.
