This impact evaluation of the CRDP covered the period 1 February 2010 – 30 March 2013 and involved the collection and analysis of data from a wide variety of sources including: 37 key informant interviews with members of the Council of Stakeholders, Inter-governmental Steering Committee, the private sector and 2 focus groups, a household survey of 259 households, and an Institutional Survey of Council of Stakeholder representatives.
