Conducted a comprehensive consultation process with role-players in the KZN crafts value chain and developed a detailed Craft Hub Business Plan (including 5 year budget and draft physical concept plans) to facilitate the growth and development of KZN’s craft value chain. This included provision for satellite craft hubs to enhance access to business support and markets for rural-based crafters.
